Triad National Security, LLC
Seeking an experienced attorney to serve as an employment attorney in the Litigation and Employment Law Group for Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), managed and operated by Triad National Security, LLC for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Responsibilities will include providing legal advice to management on a wide variety of personnel issues, including civil rights and employment discrimination matters; disciplinary matters, benefits and immigration issues; training management on legal matters relating to personnel issues; advising Triad in connection with labor matters, including collective bargaining and day-to-day labor disputes; representing Triad or supporting Triad’s litigation counsel in employment-related matters before government agencies (e.g., EEOC, NM HRB charges) or in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings; and providing legal advice to management on other personnel-related legal issues.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with LANL’s Human Resources Division and work closely with all members of management on personnel legal issues. Moreover, the individual will serve as a primary interface on labor, employment, benefits, and immigration matters with the NNSA.
