DESCRIPTION:Registration is open – Two labs for the price of one!\n                    \n                                                           \nThe DOECAA 2026 Spring Conference will be April 22-23 at Fermilab and Argonne National Laboratory near Chicago\, Illinois. \nHuge thanks to our conference co-chairs Beth Fancsali and Nadine Lacombe\, and our board conference committee chair\, Maxine McReynolds! They have put together what we think will be a fantastic program. \nHere is a near final Draft Conference Agenda (updated 4/3/26). A final update will be provided closer to the conference date. \nSeveral hotels are convenient to both laboratories. \nThe recommended conference hotel is: \nHotel Arista\n2139 Citygate Lane\nNaperville\, Illinois \nA limited number of rooms at Hotel Arista are available at discounted rates. To register\, click above link or call 888-504-0088 and mention group name Argonne National Laboratory and block code ARG0421. You must register by April 1 to obtain the discounted rate. We understand Hotel Arista is completely sold out for the night of April 21. Attendees must sign in and out or complete a virtual attendance form in order to receive credit. \nThere will be a networking reception the evening of April 22 at Fermilab. Tickets may be purchased separately on the DOECAA website Events page. \nWe are also working on a networking/mentoring special happy hour on the evening of Thursday April 23. Additional details will be coming soon\, but we hope many of you who are still in town might be able to join us. \nCarpooling is encouraged to both laboratories\, but especially Fermilab. DESCRIPTION:DOECAA is continuing its efforts to provide content and networking for all of you who are new to the DOE/NNSA complex.  If interested\, please also sign up for our new-to-the-complex breakout lunch session on Wednesday\, April 22 from 11:15-12:30pm CDT. There is a virtual option as well for those participating remotely.   \nThis session is targeted to attorneys who are new to the  DOE/NNSA complex\, not just new to the practice of law. You get to decide what “new” means to you.  \nYou are welcome to attend this breakout session even if you are not attending the rest of the DOECAA Spring Conference. \nThere is no charge for this session\, but we do ask that you register for planning purposes.
