IMPORTANT: Here are detailed directions for registering for site access and for day-of arrival information for both Argonne National Laboratory and Fermilab. You MUST register in advance for site access and you may want to print the directions or save them locally ahead of time.
Carpooling is encouraged to both laboratories, but especially Fermilab. Please be aware that Uber, Lyft, and taxis may not be reliable for site access.
Social
There will be a networking reception the evening of April 22 at Fermilab. Tickets may be purchased separately on the DOECAA Events page. DOECAA members and conference attendees are also invited to networking/mentoring special happy hour on the evening of Thursday April 23. Additional details will be shared via email and when we meet together, but we hope many of you who are still in town might be able to join us.
