2026 Spring Conference – April 22-23 – Fermilab and Argonne National Laboratory

The DOECAA 2026 Spring Conference will be April 22-23 at Fermilab and Argonne National Laboratory near Chicago, Illinois.

Huge thanks to our conference co-chairs Beth Fancsali and Nadine Lacombe, and our board conference committee chair, Maxine McReynolds! They have put together what we think will be a fantastic program.

A virtual option is available for those unable to attend in person.

DOECAA is seeking CLE credit in the states listed in the registration form. Attendees seeking credit in other states will receive a General Certificate of Attendance and may seek credit independently. DOECAA does not grant CLE credit for viewing recorded sessions. Attendees must sign in and out or complete a virtual attendance form in order to receive credit.

There will be a networking reception the evening of April 22 at Fermilab. Tickets may be purchased separately on the DOECAA website Events page.

We are also working on a networking/mentoring special happy hour on the evening of Thursday April 23. Additional details will be coming soon, but we hope many of you who are still in town might be able to join us.

Carpooling is encouraged to both laboratories, but especially Fermilab. Uber, Lyft, and taxis may not be reliable.
